I am almost certain that American Green is fully aware of the Law in place in San Bernardino county. Of course they can't sell weed there now and of course they don't have the population to go with the law. They can in Pheonix, though, where they are currently located.

The fact of the matter is that A LOT can happen in a couple years whenever this project gets finished. The jobs created from this project will bring in the population. Thirty people can't run all of the things planned for this town unless they're all named Bugs Bunny. So the whole "not legal" argument is invalid until they actually have a physical grow op running with plants and a cashier to sell the product.

So just hold on to your britches and let the company do its thing. It's gonna be a while.
