I sent an email last night to Tom and here are the responses I received:
1.) For starters WE don't remember being notified of a vote to increase the shares available from 250MM to 500MM, what's the story with that? WE do understand your skin is in the game with your 92MM share count and I love it but.... this move was very surprising.
ANSWER - In the Company’s state of incorporation controlling shareholders holding classes of stock representing 80% of the voting control of the Company along with a Board resolution can increase or decrease authorized shares with an amendment to its articles. This protocol was followed and appropriately announced. Shares are necessary for growth and acquisitions.
2.) WE do understand the increase was used for Night Flight and I am sure dilution is needed to cover expenses and growth of the launch of CannaNet. But when dilution happens, it would be nice to update the people on what it is being used for at the very least. What growth is being done? How are you preparing for the launch? What new PROGRESS has been made. Simple questions that I don't believe are that hard to discuss. Also it would give us material to discuss on the IHUB board to attract new investors instead of discussing the daily PPS.
ANSWER - The Company, unlike many micro-caps, only publishes material news as its confirmed. We understand shareholders need for information, especially as regards to the development of the CannaNet.TV platform, and we are initiating a special social media platform for the channel,l which will be launched concurrently, and think this may address the update issues with respect to the many channel developments.
3.) WE all feel it is nuts to announce the fact INMG is attending the German Summer Festival and the MJAC but never follow back up on what HAPPENED. To make an announcement about attending something requires follow-up or it can be said that the ticker is a pump and dump, WHICH I TRULY BELIEVE YOU ARE NOT.
ANSWER - See above with respect to material news. The commitment to exhibit, sponsor and solely produce and distribute the Live Streaming of the event was material. We expect may meaningful deals to come out of the contacts made at MJAC and as any material arrangements are concluded news will be published.
4.) When will the Awareness campaign kick in? How are you going to generate AWARENESS. That is the key in this business. SOCIAL MEDIA is the number 1 way to do that. INMG and CANNANET need to be more active. For instance, how does CANNANET HAVE A TWITTER ACCOUNT AND DOESNT TWEET OUT THE LINK TO LIVE STREAM THE MJAC?
ANSWER - See #2 above. The Company does not plan at this time to engage any so-called IR firms as any interest generated is short term and attracts shorts but we do expect to expand our relationship with Investors Hub.
We have noticed more activity of late and love it. But this is something that you and INMG need to get a bigger GRIP on. You can gain MUCH by using this cheap tool. Seriously MR. Coleman, you are in LA. There has to be 1000+ social media companies that could build your brand in seconds. How about MJ social media companies. Got to be probably 500+ of those in LA.
ANSWER - See #2 above – we agree that this is the future but its going to take awhile to set up and our current focus is launching the channel – once live it will require constant marketing and we are committed to the effort.
