IMO, it's a tactic to scare people. VNDM is not always dilution. There are trading groups that have figured out how to place a retail order thru VNDM for 10k shares making it look like dilution is happening but it's not. Have seen it many times here and no T-trades showed up. Don't fall for it. It's people driving the price down to load up.
