Damn straight Glenn is entitled to get well compensated from the outcome of the lawsuit, as will the attorneys. If it weren't for the family effort to uncover the reams of evidence being presented to the courts there would be no lawsuit and most likely no Company. The bottom line is CMGO has Boise, Schiller & Flexner, one of the country's top law firms working on contingency. Why would they offer to do that? Common sense tells me they've reviewed the evidence and feel they have an iron clad case that will hold up in court!! Anyone who thinks Glenn is going to pocket the money and call it a day for CMGO is sadly mistaken. In conversations I've had with Glenn Laken, from what I gather he is bound and determined to rebuild XA and continue to search out companies to bring under CMGO's wing. Also IMHO Glenn is not about to fleece those shareholders who have remained supportive and patient over the years. No one will have me think differently.
