Way to much to address in your post so I will just say this. If the BOD stays the same Mr Lias will have only the power he is permitted or he would have to quit if he is unhappy.

I never said Ronin had the votes they needed and I am not sure they were sure hence multiple letters to SHs.

Your idea to oust ES, DP, and CJ is the only way to split the white card vote and remove them and it is also the only way The Ronin 3 could be kept off the BOD this year should Ronin not have the votes they need.

I would rather be assured there is a watchdog 3 on the BOD and it also prevents Ronin from coming in and making fast moves that may be detrimental. Also should SK or Lias (whichever is on BOD) truly be in it for the right reason we may actually have a BOD that is forced to make decisions best for the SHs with no one side having unlimited power.

Your comments about the go it alone strategy being over even if ES had all the power is funny. It was suppose to be over after the Sunrise trial stop. My gut told me it wasn't over and they were just stalling for Avid to increase revenue enough and when Exsomes came along I was certain they were not going to abandon the go it alone strategy.

The fact that they now say they need to get the IP into the right hands now proves they never attempted it in the 1st place when they said they were going to do so. Let me repeat that to you. They either lied and did not attempt to partner before it they are in capable of making a deal. They said they were going to not go it alone after they stopped the Sunrise trial and now all of a sudden with Ronin breathing down their neck they say they have to get the IP in the right hands. They were already suppose to be doing that
