Some of those trading platforms wayyy too complicated

A lot of those Bells and whistles are overkill, IMO.

Sucks that they locked you out. One of their brokers probably made a mistake so they needed to close out some positions by 'assigning' them to you. Hopefully they rocket up as expected and your options and shares will be in major green, Sam :)
