Not sure how many gov't agencies we are tied to Cheekie. Or in what manner. Eight agencies maybe correct (?)

Aligning our eight Confidential Treatment filings since 2010 just too easy a write off. And we got slammed for a 10% loss on the filing yesterday.

Got a hunch here on automatic triggers for electronic trading campaigners, how it's stacked against us. Here's the actual search term Yahoo's access page to EDGAR site converted my querie on CT filings by APDN into:

http://yahoo.brand.edgar-online.com/Default.aspx?companyid=7266&formtypeID=1099[/quote]Some data on a 1099 fililing.

Form 1099, Interest and Dividends. Feb. 7, 2002. The federal tax laws require brokerage firms, mutual funds, companies, and other entities to report on Form 1099 all interest or dividends they have paid to investors during the previous tax year.Feb 7, 2002

Stonybrook had a payout yesterday. Doubt it was to one of our eight govt agencies, AND, the market reacted poorly.

Just a hunch. Certainly don't have an answer.
Nuther hole we have to climb out of.

Thanks for the question. Guess you figure out I don't have a clue on the actual number of govt agencies we are signed to.

BTW. Each confidential treatment filing since 2012 has caused a dump. Maybe Walstreet found out our H-man took some profit the other day;)

Ahhh Hell Houtheman, I'd be insincere if I apologized for that.
