Acquisition either complete or almost complete.

I notice in the last couple days that the volume have suddenly spiked.
This is a clear indication that the buy out of the WISP in Dade County is completed or almost completed. They are using company shares to make the purchase.

In other words there is dilution of shares currently in progress. I think this is a good thing as it will give the company the work force it needs to accomplish the GSA contract that will be sub contracted from Microtech while at the same time generating future revenues from the wireless services provided to the potential 2.5 million customers.

Looking for a sudden bump in the share price in the very near future.
