As we know UAPC has gone dark - Not met required SEC or Nevada filing requirements. The officers do not respond to email or phone messages?
According to the Nevada Secretary of State:
The corporate status was revoked. That status means they have failed to file the annual filing with fees due each year. The last filing for this entity was in November 2014. The annual filing is due 11/30 each year with fees of $900.00. The total fees due to bring this entity current with a reinstatement filing are $2450.00, plus $60.00 for any registered agent information changes.

Maybe SEC can provide updated information about their recent enforcement action and what shareholders may expect to recoup?
