Christ! Checking in now ... geez Louise! Yesterday I picked some .0002s, but just to try, I put an order for today at 10mil @ .0001 to see it I might get lucky.

Saw that today was just like yesterday (and Friday), the EOD sells into the Bid was prolific ... again. And, I did pick up 10mil shares at .0001. Apparently, so did many here, so retail is getting them - and saw [not surprisingly] the Ask was ridiculous!
The Bid can't continue taking hits like this - and the Ask has become such a wall, that BMIC & VNDM are small potatoes now.
Some shorting (naked or otherwise), sure; but there is also some dilution. On the 29th the Q3 ends, the 10-q Q3 will probably come out in mid Nov, that should have an accurate OS count.

I read today's PR and saw:

Earlier this year Momentous took on short term debt to finance its business acquisitions. As the Company continues to seek additional rollup targets it is also seeking longer term debt solutions to finance them. With the advent of the Company's status change from revenue neutral in previous years to revenue positive currently, management has been seeking financing alternatives that are better reflecting on the balance sheet and cause less aggravation in the open market. Momentous Entertainment Group's current debt obligations have been steadily reducing over the past several months through conversion. Also, within the last week management withdrew an S-1 Registration Statement it had initiated with Southridge Partners last year in a further attempt to reduce dilution. Management is hopeful that the Company will locate and secure long term capital funding needs before the close of 2017. In the meantime, corporate debt will continue to be reduced through current channels.

If the CEO means getting financing to pay off noteholders (with interest) to avert more conversions -- specifically Nov & Mar '18 -- then I'm all for it and hopefully revs will come in to then pay THAT obligation off ... long term.

Just venting, but I fear MMEG may not survive much longer from the shear weight of this pressure.
Hoping I'm wrong -- and still holding.
