I've been thinking a lot about the derivative action lawsuit being brought against SK and the BOD by those wanting to protect CYTR and it's SH's from said individuals. There appears to be enough "dots connected" to build a compelling case against SK, and perhaps his family and "friends", for possible insider trading. If proven true, that would be the end of SK and perhaps the BOD as well. IF SK feels that this is the case, he will resign, SHARPISHLY, if not SOONer! CYTR can rebuild from there. We'll just have to wait it out and see how long it takes and what happens in between.

If anybody has found any docs relating to this case on Pacer, I'm sure all investors would be interested. I haven't been able to find anything filed myself other than what's been post on the boards, but I might have missed something. TIA!
