That's downright silly to say. Vplm alleged they were illegally ripped off for 100M shares. Common knowledge. You don't agree. Ok. I don't know because I'm not a judge or jury so I wait for the case to be tried. But that's my whole point. What happen to the case? Why is it in limbo? Makes no sense to me. It's a completely separate issue from all the infringement stuff. You say the vplm case was dismissed. I disagree. The locksmith case was dismissed & then they refiled & not sure but maybe also dismissed. And it was dismissed for no cause. I think that's like NO MERIT? I asked you to provide evidence that the vplm case was dismissed as you said it was, but like numerous other things you've said & I took you to task & then you ignore instead of providing the proof... I think maybe the case was put on hold, but if so, I don't get it why. That's what I'm trying to find out. 140M shares represents a good chunk of change & according to some, it's a cut & dry case so why isn't it being resolved? You & others have said that your opinions about various vplm issues WILL BE PROVEN IN COURT, but I notice that NEVER HAPPENS. You said that very thing 6 yrs ago about some other people involved in a different alleged vplm ripoff case. I asked you what was the outcome in court. You didnt bother to reply. I kept asking you & finally you said you had no idea what or who I was talking about. I reminded you of what you said & about whom (Brent & Francis) but you went back to ignoring it. Credibility.......
I ask questions like that to get a bead on how many grains of salt I should count in considering your claims (about things in vplm history that I find important pieces of the whole puzzle) but you ignore, don't answer, claim to say everything on behalf of some group, and fail to provide evidence to back things up. It would be nice if you would provide some follow up on the claims you made in your 1st 2 posts long ago & to show where the vplm vs kipping case was thrown out. I hope it isn't too much to ask...
