Yes there are however according to the CEO of Arrayit they're frivolous and unsubstantiated especially the Taub lawsuit.. with that said, show me and company that doesn't have some sort of a lawsuit pending! It is just the nature of greedy lawyers and the business! Furthermore even if (and that's a big IF) the plaintiff wins a judgement it won't effect ARYC substantially at all..... no matter what anyone says!
