Apparently the party to the contract with APDN requested the non disclosure for commercial/ financial reasons for a period of 10 years.
A contract of that length is definitely a major contract.
Now, who would not want the disclosure that its product is being marked?
Only two make sense. Government or Pharma.
Also could be Toyota. The 8/10/2017 coincides with the testing being completed in Bowling Green.
In any event it is major to require this filing. In aicpa terms, "material nondisclosure of a financial event"
