Maybe because Adage understands the long biotech timeline and they don't see what is supposedly wrong here, other than that the company should bring in some money with partnerships and then wait for EMA approval while the other trials progress in the interim, then sell the company? What exactly is the supposed horrible situation that Adage is supposed to be concerned about here? I keep forgetting. Oh, I remember now: they changed the EMA submission timeline from "4th quarter" until "before the end of the year." Major difference there. Also, they put one of half a dozen products (HER2) on a development hold to conserve cash. Yep, the wheels are really falling off alright. They should just close the doors.
