Here is what I do know and it has nothing to do with Dan, I invested in the property in July 2009 based upon Gulf Dominion and a hopeful future. i watched the price climb to .20 before dropping to .02 based upon a NI report that was prepared by your son, Lucas and signed off on by Warren Hawkins only to find out that it was a faulty report and that led to a CTO which was never addressed and to the best of my knowledge still remains.
Dan Byrnes did not come along until years later but invested as did I in what I believed to be very strong property. 8 years and it still hasn't been developed and no asset value approved for the minerals in the ground and no discussion on those minerals. so much for Keevil's Pedigree. Now are you telling us that Currah wasn't an insider and had nothing to do with the company? Finger prints of he, his family are all over the company yet he wasn't involved as an insider?? Really?
For some reason this now is all about Dan and not the 8 years of Keevil. There is nothing to debate as here we sit with an increase in A/S with no value provided to shareholders.
You can blame Dan until hell freezes over but Dan had nothing to do with the bills not being paid, the increase in A/S by 150 million, the outrageous fees paid to Penny Currah, the pumping of the company to .20 then the fall to .02, nor did Dan authorize the expenses that are on the Niostar books, or the lapsed leases picked up by Drew Currah
Here we sit today at .01, Dan invested 220000 into SRSR, where did the money go? China gave the company 400,000 where did the money go? Scott Keevil held the check book until 2016, why weren't bills paid? You listed bills "off the top of your head" that supposedly aren't paid why aren't those people joining Currah in the lawsuit?
I have lost a lot of value in my investment with not much more to lose so will ride this out. All the hatred for Dan won't change the drop from .20 down to .02 before Dan even came on board and we will find out soon who is right, es1 or the longs here.
Care to debate the merits of the property and how long it should take to get a bankable asset value for the minerals in the ground?
