Just as you could be 100% wrong!
Guarantees are not needed.
If you wait for guarantees, the price will be a lot higher.
This is a penny stock not one on the NYSE.

Bottom line is each investor will assess the risks and rewards of FLPC on their own and do what's best for their portfolio.
Anyone can guess without facts to back them up.
Easy to cut through the fog with a little research.
It's very clear to smart investors where FLPC is headed.
