There is just one caveat here, and that is that the company has not officially and clearly stated just what the rs entails, and the long term plan. THAT is why this is trading at .03's.

We simply do not know how much is going to be put into this holding company. It is all conjecture at this point in time. Hope for the best and prepare for the worst.

Now, I fully understand that there are VERY plausible explanations for WHY the company has not released the details, but the fact remains that there is a level of belief that must be exercised in order to accept the dd that is out there.

Personally, I can't get all wound up and involved in the back and forth. If the sp stays down, I will continue to buy as I am able, and the lower it goes the more I get for my money, so I love the doubters. I don't love those who are trying to instill fear and doubt for personal gain. I find that dishonest and reprehensible.

If anyone is planning on selling, please wait until Thursday. That's when I'll have more cash available.
