It's pretty clear, this has to get current. The challenge is, Tom may not want that. This has been discussed ad nausea but that might just be the truth. It might be messier when the stop sign comes down, but on the flip side investors are going to be weary about getting in until that happens.
Bit of a catch-22.

I doubt Tom was actually surprised that the stock did not go up on news yesterday. I think it's part of his salesmanship...that's what they do. Go BVTK!!!!
