Excellent news on S&P rating of B. B rating is "obligor currently has the capacity to meet its financial commitment on the obligation". The market has punished Windstream for eliminating the cash dividend so much so that some have stated bankruptcy could be imminent. This is a fallacy statement as the company is clearly well positioned to meet its obligations.
