First off, when have I whined ? If you read through my posts they've been fact based and to the point that he needs to be more professional and honest with investors, which is how any business and CEO should conduct themselves... secondly, we as investors should not be afraid to question the company when they haven't provided their end of the deal which is producing results... so far they have produced on some ends, but haven't produced on a majority of issues they stated would be completed months ago... movies, DVR, marketing and finally hard launch... its time we begin to hold them accountable for not producing on at least a few of these topics... and calling investors cry babies and whiners when they simply question when certain things, which were promised months ago, haven't been produced is scary to hear from an investor standpoint, especially if they want more high class and institutional investors in the future.
