Last post of the day so I'll try to hit some high points. I was a numbers guy for $10+B of annual revenue. The product guys always said they could build the best products if we gave them more resources. The Marketing guys would say the market is there...build it. Sales guys would always say the hardest sale of new products is the first sale and don't include too much in my targets. Where are we? Where is ONCI?

We have been told we have a great product (the best??). We have the patents. Marketing has said our Market is:car makers - big & small; car sellers - big & small; car users - big & small; car insurers; etc. The gov't says we need it. Sales guy is saying we can sell as many as we can make and if we need more, I'll make more. Revenue forecasters dream!!! Over the years, I found reality is usually "half as much and half as fast" in the beginning. The interesting thing here is Product & Mkt & Sales is mostly one guy hear. I happen to believe him and think he can do it or I would take by 1600+% ROI and leave. I'm staying - for now.

So, temper your market & market share; and, the more successful we are at selling, the APU (avg price per unit) will probably fall. Have all sales efforts been successful or just the ones we've heard about? We need to continue to sell the midsize market of large car ownership groups and chase enterprise et al and continue to address mass market with online & home shopping clubs and partner wherever that makes sense. If we are successful, we will have built a good revenue base with inherent revenue growth. Having said all of this, we will absolutely take off if we sign any of the karge car makers.

So, that's what my current model looks like and I will add other modules as info becomes available about other subs of Hexagon. I think we need more info to do anything exact but this could easily continue its growth trend line or grow exponentially. Go ONCI
