No Dip. I think they forward it to him. You have to ask for him specifically. Its what I did in the beginning. First e-mail response took a few days probably because it has to go to a few people before reaching him. He will definitely get back to you. you can even call him directly. If you call the 888 number and ask for him he might actually pick up if hes not on a call. If he doesn't, leave your name and number with the secretary and he will call you back or his assistant will call you to schedule call
