$ABVG Just got off the phone with JANON. He told me that the financials will be out before the end of the month. He also told me he is not ignoring the emails that he has received. He wants to make sure everything is a true response that he can tell us. He said the acquisition is in the works and is taking longer then he thought.

He said any investor can call him and he will be glad to discuss any question they have.

He said things are moving forward and he will come out with info when he knows everything is true not just put out something just to pacify us.

It was a great conversation with him and real nice on the phone.

He said to tell the investors to stay a little more patient and news will be coming out as it happens
