The 2's are losing ground. They opened with 337 million shares on the ask at .0002 and despite 11.5 million shares bought at .0002 there are now 340 million shares on the ask at .0002 It seems most of the buyers of the 2's bought yesterday and now it will likely move back to .0001 and No Bid where it has traded for most of the last 2 years.
Not likely there will be any funding before 2018 and if there is that is no guarantee that will translate into increased revenues. The CEO's picking of partners in the past hasn't worked out so well and sales are tanking year after year.
Stock is being constantly diluted which will only lead into another RS in the near future. Once the first hint of an RS comes from the company the stock will drop to No Bid with no chance of selling.
