FINRA has lots of additional questions because FINRA suspects ZJMY is a scam. If ZJMY checked out, FINRA would have approved the transaction long ago. FINRA does not like to trap small investors and this quiet period is their gift to you, the opportunity to get your money out before the SEC pulls the plug (no pun intended), on this paper tiger sham.
