SLLV had change of control then went quiet 2017. Hardly ever see a 94% held stock trading this low esp with 20mil OS. The guy who did RM had like 5 or 6 stocks all well above 1.00. Some of them were 3 4 5 6 bucks.

Was .80s all way to .05 .10. Basically unused stock. So if RM happens. Prob could see .30s or so. Would have to wait for things to get done. But at its all time low now. MMs were bidding .20s not that long ago

94% held so HUGE inside ownership. If RM happened and they run her would prob go .50s ++ most likely. preemptive buy.
