Let's be realistic...this thing won't be fully subscribed - no way. So let's say they get $3M from it - how do we know that won't just keep the lights on for another 18 months - with top execs taking big salaries and no expansion just empty promises ?

Been blabbering about expansion for years now and ZILCH ! Seriously, if dips7^% doesn't come with Bahrain news first before pricing this offering, PPS will likely sink to around the offering price and probably fall slowly thereafter.

In other words don't expect Bahrain news after...why dilute her more than you have to ? He's got over 26M reasons as to why
