The key point is ZJMY has only issued 1 official PR since the RM transaction, and the financial transparency never materialized. The same PR was filed on the 6th and 7th of April (see link below).

When ZJMY management makes its first and only PR and states that they intend to file their consolidated financial disclosures in the next 2 weeks and doesn't, that's a major problem. Major credibility problem for the company.
