If he didn't NEED it he would still be constantly diluting the stock. And funding likely won't happen before 2018 and Eric can't wait that long. And even with funding that doesn't mean more sales. Eric will blow it just like he did with all the money he raised by dilution of some 7 BILLION shares over the years. Absolutely NOTHING to show for it. Financials show the company has zero in cash and tanking sales.
