This is a serious question. Doesn't it seem that Hartman goes to Uptick to talk " hopes & dreams " or " intentions " and when there is an actual event, then he does a PR? These Uptick interviews sustain some folks, so I guess they are not necessarily bad, but I wouldn't expect an announcement of some major event. AJMO
