And shortly will lead into ANOTHER RS. Who wants to be holding a stock going into an RS with little to no chance of selling before it happens. Wait until AFTER the RS if one just feels they have to buy the stock, not before.

Remember that when someone tries to convince you to sell there is something in it for them. It's not because they are concerned about your investment.
