Common sense? Not in the otc.

Dunno about failed...

however even a sell at .0009 isn't bad since that was support for quite sometime before it jumped, hasn't been under .0009 since May...it's only touched 9's three times in five months... seems like the logical loading zone for such a 'locked' float.

not much of a scare tactic for someone who actually reads the charts...
