I guess I get what you are saying about them not wanting to give anything to those undeserving...not sure I buy the premise, but I get it. I believe that the truth of the matter is that, and there is no doubt in my mind, that if in fact this reverse merger is going to include a number of entities, then I also believe that the owners of those entities have had time enough to get a large, and I mean LARGE block of shares that will rise to such a height for them that it will substantially increase their wealth...no matter what anyone else owns of the stock (the giveaway part).
