There are few guarantees in life, however, I feel pretty confident that as long as the merger and f/s do indeed go through, this will go well above .55 cents.

There is always a certain amount of risk buying pre-merger, f/s, etc but I grabbed a little now, then may add some of the first shares available post-f/s, when we know it's all for sure a done deal.
