IMO if Ronin has the votes they need for their 3 guys they should come out and say so to retail shareholders. They can also tell us to vote on the white card for non ES, DP, and CJ candidates.

Until I hear so I will vote on the Ronin card. I can live for a year with 3 Ronin candidates watching over the 4 ES members. That will set up a situation next year that would oust ES, DP, and CJ if they are still on the BOD
