Selling would raise more questions obviously. Her buying is a good sign but not that good. Her selling shares would be have been bad but not that bad. People adjust their porfolios all the time...

A really good sign would be a high PFS (progression free survival) rate in the p3 trial which we are very unlikely to get as rGBM is what it is.

My point is that a rich lady buying more shares is not news but only a favorable bump.
