Sending POW! (any company) into bankruptcy is usually a bad idea, unless you are a creditor (the bigger the better), shareholders go to the end of the line in a bankruptcy, creditors move to the top.

Unless you have a plan to make all the minority shareholders, creditors of POW!, I think it is a bad idea.
