N40K, I do not disregard the HALO collaborations. Let's see how that filters down to AVID. If I was HALO I would be concerned with doing business with a company with a "going concern" label. AVID stumbled last Q, not the end of the world but PPHM has walked back their profit timetable. My concern is we have poor management from the BOD through the executives that run the company. Our cost structure is too high and I want to see the company run as if they can't just sell stock to fund their losses. I know the existing ATM issuance is used up but I see this gang authorizing a new one to fund their bloated salaries. Bottom line I'm fed up with the way they have run this company and want them out. I will vote for the Ronin proxy and take my chances with them.
