Tell him to make sure he gets paid in cash, not stock. Also, he might want to talk to the more famous rappers Bow Wow/Shad Moss and Young Joc first about what it's like to promote one of Alonzo Pierce's brands.

Only two short years ago this board was buzzing with the news of Bow Wow's new role with ISBG--posting all over social media, rumors of a new TV show in the works, even mentioning Besado live on ESPN.

The individual contracts call for each artist to be responsible for assuming the role of "brand face" for ISBG's Besado Tequila in the urban market. They will help create advertising, content for brand awareness, and include the brand in their songs, videos, and concerts. Social media will be emphasized especially on Twitter and Instagram. Each artist was compensated with 5,000,000 million shares in ISBG stock plus stock and cash incentives upon the achievement of various significant sales milestones of ISBG products.

At the time of that PR (December 2015) those 5MM shares Bow Wow was supposedly paid were worth well over $50k.

About two months later, they were worth about $2500. Bow Wow didn't promote Besado much after that.

(Maybe that explains ISBG's $0 in revenue in subsequent quarters? Or the quiet disappearance from its portfolio of Cavoda vodka, which was supposed to make them millions in 2016?)
