But remember that time is money and 'holding ' pps it's not free so ultimately MMs have to let go weather they like it or not.

Because the MMs are sitting on it, Silly! They call it "stabilizing the market." It'll move when they ALLOW it to move, generally not before. They spend most of their time and effort keeping it lower than it should be
