It was settled just recently, or the reorganization created a circumstance that Rossi did not have to indicate that he was sued. The whole reason for the delay was to get the company in a position so they would not have to indicate on the 10k that they were in litigation. Take it or leave it, you can't erase a court filing in federal court that says Truxedo v. Truxmart filed in 2016. Glad it is over.
