That would be something new as WB usually lays out some the qualities for an investment such as:
1) consistent earnings
2) solid ROI
3) limited or no debt
4) reliable and trustful management
5) simple business model

Point 3 alone should be a big red flag for buffet in terms of SDRL. Moreover, I don't think he would be interested in a company which recently filed for bankruptcy.
