No one will likely be at that hearing except the attorneys who are taking all the actions necessary to further and finalize the BK.

Could a disgruntled shareholder or two potentially show up at a hearing or meeting of the creditors, it is possible, but unlikely. Will he/she be heard? Possibly, albeit briefly if they haven't retained counsel.

Are Trustees or BK Judges impressed when a shareholder or two try to make noise and derail a BK? Absolutely not, because they hear hardluck stories all the time and they know firsthand that EDIG was an unsuccessful and highly speculative technology company that is going belly-up leaving its shareholders with zero- nothing, notapenny, an occurrence that happens REGULARLY in their circles. The fact that the shareholders will receive nothing and are not entitled to anything is an EVERYDAY occurrence. The attorneys have been paid to get this Chapter 7 completed and COMPLETED it will be.

The 2 surprises that are forthcoming are

1. The cessation of trading of this stock.

2. A discharge of all debt and conclusion of the BK.

You can take all of the above to the bank. Bank on it. Count on it.

Illia Technologies is in the vortex of some new paradigm of technology, and the name is Greek for Trojan as in the Trojan Horse that gave the Greeks access to Troy during the Trojan War, a play of some sort on the new disruptive technology that Fred is prepared to unleash, or the name Illia could be an Eastern European or Russian name of some software engineer or scientist that Fred is in bed with and he/she is his "new Nunally" who holds the key to the next generation of nothing.

I know Fred like the back of my hand.
