This is exactly what I was thinking. There was no effort to increase SP to become compliant. RS or share price walk down would make it easier for acquisition/merger.
Clearly the company has already come to an agreement.

No company would purchase/merge with a company that has negative testing results on their clinical trials.

I bought more because it's always quietest before the storm
