Never said it was illegal...just a rather limited exposure. Had they put it out on a major newswire it would have been on every trading platform's news feed today. That millions and millions of "investor" eyes. It isn't even on iHub's news feed.

darkpulse twitter has 998 followers currently.

That kinda speaks for itself.
