Could be. The net accumulation here is improving & overall is what matters the most in any event. If we saw a cross trade earlier at mid-day with all that dilutive volume, it's a potential signal of dilution about to take a break. If you combine that factor with the accumulation here and the good price support at these levels, we have a good ingredient mix for potential of a real move upward here fairly soon (finally)
