We need some news about this hard launch... he needs to give us some real details, not sugar coating bs that he has given us so far... not having the DVR and movies done by now is pathetic and he's getting to the point where people are questioning what's really going on, and I'm beginning to think they have every right to question the leadership here... CEOs make deadlines and make good on those deadlines, and if not they take it on the chin and tell the truth about what's going on... Falcones is beginning to fail in that regard
