MY CONJECTURES ARE EXACTLY THAT

an opinion or conclusion based on incomplete information, However incomplete information does not equal zero information.

Even for a company as far below the radar as NNVC it is is very hard to conceal things such as shopping for a new CEO or seeking a new round of financing.

It would be wise if NNVC management assumed that anything they do of consequence will be discovered by the market. The crowd, in aggregate, may not be all knowing, but it is wise - certainly wiser than any individual.

I wrote a memo about the company back in 2013 and it was just to be circulated amongst people I knew personally. But it went beyond that circle, which annoyed me at the time but wound up being good in some ways.

But my first instinct is to let the market speak to me through the charts. It can do that for anyone. All they need do is pay attention.
