I emailed Sylios and this is my form 211 reply:

As for the GCC Form 211 filing. This was done over a month ago. We are waiting on their latest comments which should be none. Finra will then give us a start trading date. Finra only communicates with Broker Dealers on this process as they are required to file all 211’s. They will not even communicate with us. As soon as we get the green light, I will put out a PR.



The email signature with from "Investor Relations" instead of Wayne himself this time though. Maybe he hired an IR to help him now also?
